Celebrate Earth Month with a mandala-inspired journey that honors the elements of nature through movement, creativity, and reflection. This immersive workshop will explore the four elements—earth, water, fire, and air—as guiding forces in both our bodies and the intricate patterns found in the natural world.

Through fluid mandala-style asana + movement, journaling, and mindful creative expression, we’ll activate each element, drawing inspiration from nature’s cycles, the golden ratio, and the sacred geometry woven into our surroundings. This practice will invite you to embrace the beauty of imperfection and the organic rhythms of life.

Join us for an afternoon of movement, creativity, and connection as we explore the sacred spirals of nature—within and all around us.

Join me at @wildflowersyoga for a very special Sun + Moon, a Yin + Yang Equinox Celebration honoring the balance of light and dark as we welcome spring. This immersive practice blends breath, movement, and reflection to explore the cooling, passive energy of the moon and the warming, active energy of the sun.

We’ll begin with pranayama and intention setting, followed by a grounding Yin sequence and an energizing Vinyasa flow. Journaling before and after will help integrate the experience, and you’ll take home flower seeds—a symbol of balance and renewal.

Step into the new season feeling aligned, refreshed, and in harmony with nature’s rhythm.

It’s better to show up imperfectly than not at all

If that’s the only thing you read today, I hope that it can serve as a gentle reminder that it’s okay to show up exactly as you are. If you grew up with social media like I did, it can be hard to separate reality from the curated and edited. With all of the options to edit or “enhance” photos, videos and posts it’s easy to lose your truth and authenticity. So today, show yourself kindness and learn to find contentment with where you are right now. Disassociate yourself from the the “should’s” and excessive expectations and allow yourself to be seen just as you are. Perfectly imperfect. On a path unique to your story. And exactly where you are meant to be

Whether it’s back-to-school time, you’re taking on more responsibility at work or the change in whether has sapped you of motivation, autumn can be a time of year where it’s easy to lose yourself in the hustle. Days and weeks can fly by like seconds. I encourage you to set an intention this week thay helps you slow down and balance your energies/priorities/responsibilities. Take some time to reflect on the goals thay you set for yourself this year. How did you want to feel by the end of 2022?

If you’re interested in finding accountability with a group of like-minded individuals, my zoom yoga class on Tuesday nights it’s a great place to start! It’s a slow flow style class where you’ll get the opportunity to learn more about meditation, breathwork, movement and intentions.
